Very slow and unprofessional serving. Average 3 min per customer. Long long waits.... Look like, only one counter is operational. They run tokens but never bother to monitor at counters.
ILL mannered and non coperative staff, gives you the token and then forgets to run the token machine for hours. Also the understaffed branch. The cashier at the counter spent hours for lunch break and wandering here and there doing nothing and people keeps waiting. Always keep you in the line waiting for the end of the day. May this bank be bankrupted soon. Ameen
Non professional employees work there, even the manager Lady don't want to open your account in hbl, after providing complete info. Disappointed
This bank has quite cooperative staff.
