It is branch in g 9/4 best place good working environment I have good experience ,staff is co operative mostly female staff ,parking available in front street
I repeatedly contacted concerned bank but no positive response recevied. Since 2020 my ATM card is with said branch and after repeated requests not yet provided....
Bad service, thy force you to have a union card that doesn't work every where. If you open new account, thy will offer you union card (it is not free) and if you ask them to give you master card, thy will give you and take fee of both card.
Very shameful service coz the faculty can't help the customer if atm card is received in the branch but they still. Ask no atm card is here and when call to hbl helpline they told sir card is delivered to your branch on this date. ?
