Staff doesn't perform its duty well enough.
I am really disappointed by there behavior and the service no body willing to help I waited 2 and half hours but I didn’t get my issue resolved because there is a time 10 hours time difference between New York and PAKISTAN time I am keep on calling for the Account number that I need I am calling from overseas but they think they hangs up on me few time and I feel help less because they have the power to do anything I need my account number for some reason but the manager are very mean i am still waiting for it after more than EIGHT hours I could not get my account number so I will do everything to get my rights GOOD BLESS PAKISTAN

HBL has multiple branches all over the city but this one takes the lead. I've personally visited to quite a lot of banks in these recent years but the staff of this branch is efficient, ready to help and highly professional. However, there's only 1 Security Guard outside that raises the security concerns. Other than that, these guys are awesome.
Atm service is fully functional 24/7 and whenever I visit this bank always facilitate...
