Horrible experience, lack of professionalism from the staff as well as from the security can be seen,the moment you enter there. If you want to implement something, have some professionalism and put some signs rather than arguing with your customers. Wouldn't go there again

This HBL branch is hell of a place. Security has no manners to talk to civilians. Even the Bank Officers don't behave professionally. Students have to visit this Bank for deposit of their Examination Fee and have to wait in a long line. And rest is done by the System Failure. System Failure is everyday routine for them. If you have other options over this branch. Please visit any other HBL branch.
