Whole staff has attitude problem they are working not to solve the issues of the customers but just humiliating customers. I request higher authorties to take some action and correct their behaviors so that they can treat customers in good way its a private set up not govt people have so much options now where they can switch their account easily
Services are too slow I waited 15 days just for account opening
HBL bank is one of the best bank that i choose for my daily transactions. but here. I have very bad experience. Staff was too rude even they don't have any moral values.
