The staff is very lazy. They will never treat you like a customer. HBL really needs to change the staff for this brach. Few days ago i have applied for new card and branch have received my card that I confirmed through tcs and tracking and then from helpline still they sent me back twice by saying that we don’t have your card tcs might have mislead you then when i force them to check they sent peon to check the card and he gave me wrong card with same name. I also didn’t notice that at branch but when i was trying to activate the card I realised thats not my card and when i came back they started debate you should have checked here and start saying we don’t have your card. Manager was co-oprative i went to him and told him whole scenario he came up with me to check the cards and the 1st card on the very first box was mine. That whole scene was very pathetic. So i guess hbl needs to improve there hiring criteria or keep check n balance on there staff behaviour.
