Even on Monday, busiest day of the week only one person is serving at the counter... I stood 40 mints in line to enter into the bank and now again 30 person next to me are waiting for their turn. Very poor service, not recommending any one.
The worst experience. I had my account there. I generally use online banking to use my account. I am satisfied with online services but the staff of bank (HBL khanna pul 5041) has no manner how to provide services to clients. How to talk? Literally, the people having fast are standing outside the bank in a line. The relative of staff members just make a phone call and get entry. Other people are standing outside in a queue. I was standing in queue for 1 hour and 30 minutes and only 4-5 people from queue were entered inside the bank. After few time a staff member get outside and and tell me that the madam who manages the account is absent and you have to come on Monday in order to update your account limits. I visited earlier and give them a certificate of earnings by Upwork and asked them to update the limit but they said we are not sure about whether it is acceptable or not and we will mail to head office to verify it and call you back about the status. No call back no contact. 2 times, I visited and i was not able to do it. I am not sure how the HBL superiors runs the bank by such service. You should take a notice about the staff and provide best services to clients.
Worst HBL bank. ATM does not work well, sometimes they don't have money in ATM and no customer service.
