The is very bad and miss behavior staff
Don't come to this bank branch the staff behaviour is not good for a few days ago i came to this branch on 2:10 pm for submitting my fee security guard told me the bank off but i see many people who came there on 2:30 pm let him go because they have references and lots of money this is not good rule must be same for everyone .
HBL bank is one of the best banks in nowshera.

Totally unprofessional staff in Nowshera branch, They changed my account code without letting me know. I'm residing in UAE and i've joint account with my wife. Few days ago i tried to transfer the amount to HBL account but system showed that my account is blocked so i asked my wife to go to the branch and find out what has happened. a lady in Nowshera branch (Without listen the whole story) suggested my wife to go to another HBL branch which is located near DHQ hospital (Porey Nowkhar) the staff asked my wife why they sent her here my wife replied that the lady was making excuses that this will not be solved here in this branch and you need to go there. What kind of staff is this, Can someone explain? It’s certainly frustrating when bank employees don’t know or deliberately don't want to solve your issue.
