Worst service with unprofessional staff. Tellers are moody here, ticket system doesn't apply to Sifarshi people who can get everything done right away, others have to wait for hours.

I can literally write too much, but let’s keep it short and concise; “ This branch is definitely the worst bank branch i’ve ever seen, specially the people working there whether it’s the manager or random officer, they all are a disgrace to HBL, i can’t believe this is the bank that represented and was the sponsor of PSL” I’d highly recommend you all to visit Mezan bank or any other..They’ll provide you much better services and atleast they’ve the basic ethics and manners to deal with customers..
Don't choose HBL, regardless of any branch you're thinking of. They're so rude and unprofessional, they ride their egos while working.
