I don't like to give them a single star worsts workers ever i saw in my life through manager to guard's they are not even scanned person on gate if someone have guns on there belt they just don't care.Then we talk about cash counter staff some of unprofessional worker sitting around there they don't know how to talk to a person.
Ya guys don’t even deserve one star tho. It should be 0 star rating for your pathetic services. From operational manager to the tea boy, their all rude. If Im telling them to do their job, so I should be the manager. At least tell them how to treat the bloody customer. Hence, we are still a third world country, what ya gonna except out of it.
How you justify this?
Rude, unresponsive, staff, will never receive call, when visit the branch always unanswered for any questions. 3rd call services,hit their staff behavior, Management should change the current staff or make them responsible and train them well to resolve the customers issues.
Worst and extra worst. Always waited for minimum 45min to 1 hour. Very slow in work.
