So I was being to this branch for an account opening, first of all, one of their managers instructed me about the relevant documents and asked me to come then, a day after, I went back and found a new manager on the chair, he rejected those documents and asked me for others, I did the same and got back with revised documents, he referred me to a chair holder, chair holder excused me that due to maintenance from HQ, I can't proceed any account opening at the instant. I visit him 2 days after, he told me that I can adjust my time only to open 2 accounts in the morning time. I told him that I will come back tomorrow but latter he excused that we don't have any account opening officer in this branch and you consult any other branch in Mardan. 6 days regular visits and at last, no satisfaction
