To be very specific, these guys think they own HBL and they can talk/behave/act anyway they want to. They will keep sending you back for little things and show least flexibility so they have to work less. Being a family trusting HBL with 6 million rupees currently. With one star franchises like this one, i wonder how long will HBL survive in the market.

I have visit 3 time in HBL branch ghouri town its service is so bad also i am trying to call for detail nobody is responding my call i am going to quit it dua to poor service and poor staff i will transfar my amout to other bank
Worst management , staff is very rude & dont know how to work properly ....???
Staff always looking forward to get rid of you also they give you 100 percent not authentic information which you feel sorry after calling call center
