Poor management, slow process, full of headache, i will strongly suggest to not go to this branch. They are absolutely time wasting and doinf favouritism.
Good banking services except financing.better to avoid financing.
Such an amazing crew members they have in the branch dont have time even to talk or help you especially the female staff, they only warmed welcome the big account holders. I applied to my matercard on 4th of March 2022 from this branch , still the the branch not forwarded my docs for Mastercard. I am holding a bank acccount without any atm card

It is the second time that the guard let me wait and give me a number even as I have a special person symbol on my NIC. They just couldn't listen to me no matter how I said it, even I said that ask from the person inside. I complained to a person inside and he said that you are not supposed to be waiting inside for your number and he said that please don't go for an official complaint.
