Pathetic customer service. The staff is busy in gossip and answering their phones. A 5 minute task takes 2 hours here. They keep blaming eachother for tasks. No co-operation between the teams. If you complain them about the service, they start blaming the system(meanswhile answering their stupid phone calls instead of doing work) DONOT COME HERE.
