Most incompetent staff sitting at the tellers. They dont care if 50+ people standing in front of the cash counters they are very rude and misbehave with everyone. They dont have any care for the elderly people or those waiting for hours. Always a pain to come to this branch would close my account for good and go somewhere else. I hope higher management would take notice of this
