It’s been a pathetic experience visiting this branch .. Had a short interaction with Mr Bilal probably operational or Zonal Manage.. Totally rude .. disrespectful n unwelcoming ...Banking sector entails a welcoming posture on part of banking staff as well as at the top managers..Once postures gets into mangers n top officials..what can you expect from Bank staff.... Probably this Bank doesn’t bother about satisfaction of client ...
