Moving from 2 hours in diffrent branched jail road shadman but nobody give cash they told go to mall road branch now we reached here after 30 minutes waiting they told we have only 500rs notes only

Pathetic service and Un trained/non serious staff . Head office directed operational manager of Gulberg branch Lahore to open my account . I provide all necessary documents , sign all account opening forms and they did my bio-metric too . The lady representative informed me that they don't need anything else from you and we will process everything after 2 or 3 days (start of new month). After that i was asked to post some good words about Faysal bank in a Facebook group, which i did. After that i never get any message or any anything from them , head office did not respond to my calls. I complain on email and they said that gulberg branch informed complaint department that anything like that did not happen at their branch. WHAT MORE YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN A BRANCH MANAGER IS OPENLY LYING ABOUT SOMETHING. ITS IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL TO GET DOCUMENTS FROM SOMEONE , DOING BIO-METRIC AND THAN DID NOT INFORM ABOUT ANYTHING....... THANK YOU, for doing all that . It saved me from this unprofessional bank.
Never Lease any thing From faysal bank worst after procedures.. too much Extra charges.. worst Delivery The showroom Dont bother Faysal bank.. Poor mangment of installment..
