This faysal bank branch us located near siddique trade centre. All the staff are polite, faithful and hardworking. This branch is little busy almost all time but you get your turn maximum 20 minutes. Foolproof security available almost all time. This branch is closes exact 5PM.
Great experience. The staff was courteous. Especially the lady who guided me through the process and she is very nice and helpful. Hassle-free banking. No rush or big lines. Best Bank I have ever seen so far in terms of banking experience.
Worst bank, even managers have no etiquette's to speak with customer. When you complain about them to head office , the operational manage rof branch lie to them about the situation. What you can expect when managers are lairs and money hungry creatures. The female representatives sitting on front try to order you rather than advising you. It looks like , they are instructed my managers to only behave nicely with people that come to deposit huge amount of money. You visit there with a big amount and all of them will start treating you like owner of the bank.
Not professional...They have to realize that Faysal Bank has a reputation but these guys are just damaging it.
worst bank ever, I created an account and i activated ATm and check but till now my account is not activated due to some where about unknown error. i could not be able to draw any money till 2.5 months. really frustrated by their service. NEVER OPEN ACCOUNT IN FAISAL BANK.
