Deplorable and appalling service. PTCL Bills not being remitted. Resultantly extra charges paid. Despite complaint on help line matter unresolved. Unreliable bank.
Awful experience of depositing installments of DHA plot. NIC deposited. Still asked for finger prints. I told them I am a senior citizen with weak prints which failed once done. Staff of 5 people kept on chattering giving a look of a non- professional nature. Not wearing masks and not paying compliments to customers. Deeply engrossed and talking in loquacious manner. Very poor impression of this bank
This well maintained, well equipped an elite class faysal bank branch located at Tufail road. This branch is posted with mannered and talented people as compared to Zarar Shaheed road branch, which is posted with disgraced operational manager and third rate uneducated cashier, who is void of rules. Tufail road branch is one of the finest quality services of faysal Bank
