I am a senior citizen and I was told to wait in a queue. In most instances, when more than one teller is not present, the senior citizens are entertained on priority, out of the queue, as directed by the State Bank of Pakistan. The operations person, however, asked me to go to Faisal Bank Islamic branch saying it will not be crowded. All the banks these days are in profit, earning billions, the income statements of which are public as all are listed on PSX. However, such is the state of affairs. The quality of service is pathetic, zilch, gone to the dogs. Faysal Bank, Cavalry Ground Branch is no exception.

Great adequately sized branch of Faysal bank with nice interior. I often get Western Union payments from here, and I've always found the staff very professional. Be sure to take your original CNIC and go to the lady on the right if you happen to be going there for getting your Western Union Payment sent or cashed. Parking is congested and always taken due to other point of businesses/banks nearby.
