Banking time is incorrect...it's Closed Till 5 pm...But showing 6:30. Also the Customer Service is very bad. Even security guards behave inappropriately..So try to avoid this branch and save you time.
Worst bank, worst customer service.
Don't go the bank between 2 and 3 as everyone is having lunch and cannot find anyone to help you even though I have a Solitaire account with them and visited their priority area. Even after then they could not solve the problem. Avoid banking there if possible.
Worst bank ever. Been a customer for now almost 5 years and their response is so pathetic every time i visit the branch. No sense of customer satisfaction i guess. Really furious, i dont have any account with them now, just an old one which is now in dormant state but it holds some money so i went to get it activated so i can withdraw that money. But again a very lethargic response "please come tomorrow", like we always have free time to visit your branch any time and we don't have any other things to do.
Very nice service and full safety caring for COVID-19.
