I visited the Branch and I have to say that the Customer Service I received from the staff and the manager was outstanding, they all went the extra mile to help me solve all the transactions and I had to perform, it is the people what makes the difference between a good Branch and a not so good one, I have to say this one is the Best ENBD Branches I’ve been to. Excellent Service.
Having Worst experience with Emirates NBD. I deposited 3500 Cash in CDM on 5-Oct-2022 and message came that there was some error and the amount will be credited in your account within 48 hours...Even the deposit slip showing it will take 48 hours to credit in my account. So I registered a complaint and waited but until now the amount is not credited in my account and 5 days passed. Every time I Call the customer service they don't have any answer other than *Sorry for inconvenience* but they don't care how the person is suffering...What Kind of technical error which cannot be solved by one of the largest bank in UAE..On the other hand just miss your card or loan payment for 1 day and they will impose penalty on you without knowing or asking if we also have some genuine reason for delay in payment.....
If I could give 0 stars would. They stole money from me, blocked my accounts, and now will charge me to close down their poor excuse of a bank and savings account. Save yourself from heartache and headache and just avoid nbd and bank with HSBC
Have been waiting since 20 mins almost...my ticket says 0 customers ahead of me....but no counter is operational. There are 6 staff doing tasks at their counters but not a single ticket has been called out since I've come. There are right now 4 other customers waiting on the blue couches along with me. The last time in Jun when I came, it was the same story.... waiting for almost 30 mins...with no one to attend. ENBD someone needs to start paying attention to these reviews
Professional staff, Quick service specifically Ms. Salama and Root the female security officer. Both know their jobs very well. ?
