I would like to thank Mr. Tariq Al Bulooshi for his time and assistance as he guided me through the procedures needed and I was able to fulfill the purpose of my visit in no time.
Needed bank statement urgently so personally visited al mizher branch , the receptionist blindly said cannot help u ask call center. Later went to bank manager (zalama guy) he shocked me even more he said dont visit branch and request statment thru call center. Manager must learn some manners how to deal customers . If not visit then for what he is sitting in office and getting salary?? Purpose of visit was completely destroyed with worst staff and manager and they just want to sit in office no customer coming to them. At least try to guide the customer and help but nobody cares or bothers for you..
Branch is supposedly open till 8PM but no one is there ?
I dealt with this bank for 15 years. So my review is based on my experience with them. This bank is good if you want to deposit money & salary withdrawal, not more than this. If you want sophisticated banking services! Then this bank is definitely not for you. Their rates are high & the process is very complicated, regardless how a good client you are. Actually this is one of the curses of merging banks. Specially if the worst bank takes over the smaller one. I really miss NBD. OK now let's talk about this branch in particular, it is very quite & you can do your deposits very fast as it is in a middle of a neighborhood. Which is a big plus if you are in rush. But beware if any service that requires the manager's approval, you gonna be delayed big time. As the manager is not present all the time. Let me rephrase it : most of the times. For me I had to move all of my accounts from this bank to other one, that is effective & efficient.
It's one of the best bank in uae,they have to improve customer service..specialy people have propriety banking...location is nice in almizhar#1
