Helpful and respectful team especially Ms. Marwa and they try their best to help you. One point they have to inform customers about the ATM machines that didn’t work in their bank.
I got token at 12:42 PM and am waiting for my turn. I was sitting in front of the meeting room, and inside the meeting room they were getting ready for some party or lunch. 1:40 PM one lady came and told us to leave they have an urgent meeting. It is not a fare thing to ask customers after waiting for long time to have a party
