Good service. It is not 5 stars because it is not clear exactly where is the bank located at. I WILL SHARE ALL PICTURES NEEDED TO ACCESS THE BANK!
Recently received Emirates Islamic RTA NOL CARD based on the request from one of the YKNP MARKETING your employee , name is Kanishka . She is very helped for me getting this card also she will follow up and she is explained very well about the card . Am very satisfied?
Pathetic service. Both assistant manager of the branch and his subordinate “Sameh Kamal” - who even argued that customers can’t complain because he asked me “Can you kill me since you’re a customer” for complaining as a customer for his poor body language and attitude to a woman customer. So don’t complain for anything and just nod to whenever he provides low standard of service,showed no respect or whatsoever to customer. Did not provide full and proper information about their services but taking control of the situation by charging service fee.
There is cash deposit and cheque option also available in this ATM. Use gate number one.
