It's a very good n nice branch for people around murshid bazaar n creek n sabkha... They have 2 ATM machines n One bulk Deposit machine... Security guard is always there to help u in any work... Customer service department is also there to help with ur queries...

I requested a clearance letter from customer service banking and I've been told the letter is ready to collect from a branch. I requested the Baniyas branch since its near my place. I came on Wednesday, 20th October and the letter was not ready! And I've already been charged 63 dhs from my account. The customer service told me that the person who will prepare letter was not there as been on emergency and letter will take time. I need to go to work so I have to leave so he told me I can just come back Saturday and collect the letter. So I come back today, Saturday 23rd October 2021 and guess what? THE LETTER WAS NOT READY JUST BECAUSE THEY RUN OUT OF LETTERHEAD AND THEY COULD NOT PRINT THE LETTER. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! WHY THEY COULD NOT HAVE GET IT PRINTED ON WEDNESDAY WHEN I FIRST CAME SO THE LETTER IS READY TO COLLECT TODAY? WHY???? ITS SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! AND NOW THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO COME BACK AGAIN TO COLLECT THE ORIGINAL LETTER WITHIN ONLY 7 DAYS AND NOT AT MY OWN TIME. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS NO PROPER COORDINATION AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME TO INFORM IF LETTER IS READY OR NOT OR WHATEVER! I HAVE TO COME FOR NOTHING!!!!! AND IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE LETTER IS NOT READY JUST BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE LETTERHEAD, HOW FRUSTRATING! SHOULDN'T THEY NEED TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE STATIONERIES AT ALL TIME? TWO TIMES I CAME FOR NOTHING AND HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN AND THEY ARE GIVING ME TIMELINE AND DEADLINE TO COLLECT THE LETTER... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

This branch provide very bad customer service. I went there this afternoon and wasted 1.5 hour but the corporate customer on duty refused to serve and told me that the customer before me who is coming to make complain will be his last customer as bank is closing. I reached there around 1pm and waited almost 30 mins for the queue number and another 1 hour to be served. Worst thing is I told him will come back tomorrow morning at 8am and can serve me first but he refused and expect me to queue as usual. We understand now is COVID-19 pandemic and everything move slow but I already said do not mind to wait but officer just simply refuse to serve and want to call it a day.

Worst experience ever . Guys don't open your account with EMIRATES ISLAMIC BANK or you will regret. I'm 6yrs old customer my card got expired and I applied for new and it took more then 14days for delivery and I wasted more then 3hrs of talk time on phone with them with no help When I went to DUBAI MALL BRANCH the supervisor was so rude with bad manners and I didn't even withdraw cash from their because of the bad manners and no professionalism at all with lack of knowledge and illiterate

The staff at this location are very friendly and professional. However the entire bank is a mess and so poorly managed. The online banking does not allow for creation of statements. The communications in different levels of the bank management is so poor and they can not be held accountable for any decision they make or action they take. I used to be a client of this bank and would highly recommended you pick another bank in UAE.
