Pathetic Service. I will be specific, the customer service representatives sitting there in flashy-suits is nothing but a joke. I know the guys name, but i don't want to say it in a public paltform. This is not the first time i am facing the issue. First it was related to updating my phone number, now it is related to cheque book. Made request for the cheque book, sign the required documents and promised the delivery by 3 working days. After three days, not update from the bank prompt me to make a follow-up with the customer care to realize that the bank employee failed or forget to register my request and no request has been made on behalf of me till that day. customer care said they can't do much about this, since i made the request from the bank and i have to go back to the branch again. went again second time to raise the compliant and i received most funny reply from the representative. "are you sure you made the request with me" , i had to ask him to check the security camera to see if i visited the bank or not. It was plain that he made the mistake and fanatically trying to make lame excuses and made a new request. He made false promise that cheque will be delivered within the day or max by tomorrow morning. Since no choice left i had to wait for the cheque and nothing happened till end of the day, except receiving a message saying my request is under process. Went again third time to the bank for further updates and he said he did what he can do from his side, with no remorse. I loose my cool after seeing his reaction and adamantly told him i need a proper update. Till then i won't leave. Routine checking in the system and informed me that the check is sent to courier and it will be delivered today itself. Asked for the tracking of shipment he said only courier will have the details and he is helpless. Not convinced by the info, i went outside the bank and called customer care representative. They told me my request is under process and cheque is not printed yet. See the conflicting info this guy in the branch was telling. Went to bank again and confronted him with the info from customer care he started giving unreasonable excuses with out telling any solution. Note that all this time consuming issue happened only becoz of him. He was sending random emails, to whom i don't know to expedite the process and requested me to wait for three hours and promised the delivery update with in that time. No choice, left the branch for work, after i took his personal number. Even that was useless and after three hours no update received, called this guy again to see if any hope left for receiving the cheque, since i made a commitment to give cheque to a rental agency. The reply was " he is working on it" and call me back in one hour. This is the story till now, i will update rest of the story as it progress.

Emirates Islamic bank I don't no what to say but I am so disappointed my staff and me everyday apply for opening account from there website and afcorse 10 person call us but no one coming to Collect decoment and our account still not yet open also I visit branch the staff are so rude it's seems that they are owner and they are asking our personal details which one is not allowed to tell them guys I will refer you Emirates NBD bank is the best bank

Worst branch of the bank.. walla I feel very embarrassing .. I suggest them to change the stuff and bring up some hard workers . I waited for 40 minutes in queue and the funniest thing is that I was the only one in queue .but as time pass the chairs got full no place to sit. I did complain to manager at the same time but in reply they said he have some priority customers . But what I think and saw that they gave priorities to the locals or to them whom they know ( like a regular customer)
