Incompetent staff can’t figure out how to change a phone number. Keeps sending us to a ridiculous facebook bot to submit personal information. WOW SO SECURE 😐. When we kept complaining they finally told us to send our information to this one email instead of the bot. They said they updated our phone number and guess what. THEY SOMEHOW MANAGED TO CHANGE IT TO THE WRONG NUMBER. Tell your employees to learn numbers from 0-9 because clearly they don’t know the difference between the numbers 6 and 8. Even a 5 year old can do better.

I have very bad experience with this bank. i SENT A LOTS OF EMAIL BUT THEY ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL! Iven been paying my insurance home loan for the past 7 years for only 375 pesos and suddenly they are charging me 4,000 pesos monthly!!!. this is very disappointing. i also have encountered lost money and until now it was not resolved. even i called many times. they just check and forget.

My savings acct was blocked when i was about to withdraw right after the lockdown without notice to me. The pedro gil branch didnt updated their phone no after it was migrated into 7 diguts. All call that i made, including those at other branches were all futile. Unpleasant experience

They know nothing of their credit card products and redirect you to their hotline which defeats the purpose of visiting them.

I make a phone call. No one bothered to answer. Even though they are open. Very good service.
