Submitted an application for a credit card to mr maduro on july 16, found out today that it was only submitted yesterday. When i visited the branch today, they had to call customer support. The line dropped and when they called me back they said the application was not submitted. Not good.
WORST.BRANCH.AND.SERVICE.EVER. This doesn't deserve even 1 star. Made me transfer to a different branch just because they can't encash my cheque due to "outdated file so we can't do it, try to go with another branch instead blah blah". You could just email or send an update to your higher ups if you can't even solve such a minor fixing. I never encountered such displeasing yet irritating service until today. So disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!
