I was reassigned to a different advisor a few months ago. After forcing me to attend an appointment he didn't show up for, he forgot to order the card I'd ordered over the phone with him, never answers the phone, and hasn't sent me the summary of an important meeting (mortgage), and now they're refusing to reassign me! I honestly don't understand how they can refuse this? I'm very disappointed. The advisor I'd had for years was truly wonderful; I never had a problem with her since 2018. I don't recommend this branch, which apparently doesn't understand that I'm the customer.

As a customer for over 35 years, banking is an integral part of my life. We have a very close relationship, and the biggest difference compared to other banks I've dealt with throughout my career lies in the women and men who work here. CIC Saint Philippe du Roule embodies this philosophy, because it truly is a philosophy. It's part of the branch's corporate culture. Despite moving several times, I remain loyal to this branch, and I recommend it, having sponsored several customers. The stars above deserve this review, especially for the people I recommend. For me, there are only four: Mr. Watelle, whose responsiveness, attentiveness, and availability are undeniable assets to the bank; Ms. Mouyen, a patient and efficient multidisciplinary advisor; Mr. Bruneaux, a formidable leader of the institution; and Mr. Guinebert, a diplomat and remarkable asset to this branch.

A huge thank you to Ruth, the best advisor at all of CIC! She always remembers clients' names, is always efficient, and provides a truly royal welcome!
