I have been brought to engage with diverse types of organizations in more than six countries one of which is France. By far the worst level of service I was exposed to in all kinds of disciplines was the French one until I started a relationship with the BT back in March 2025 and more specifically with my RM Luis Noia who embodies the essence of excellent service. His knowledge sharing, diligence, clarity, proactivity and care made the whole difference. Thank you Luis and I do hope other French "prestataires de services" operate like you do!

I had initially posted a one-star review of the bank as I was very unhappy with how I was treated. That one-star review resulted in the CEO of the bank and one of his leaders personally reaching out to me and asking how they could make things right. Turns out, the employee that had caused the extremely poor service had left the bank... and of course she had not updated the bank on my case and on my disappointment. After hearing my case, the bank's management team decided to accommodate my request. They were very respectful, very quick in their decision making, and this time kept their commitment to me. I must say, I am now very pleased although we did not agree on loan conditions... but we still collaboratively worked out the initial issue I had raised. Based on this I am adjusting my initial review and moving it to 4 stars. I believe responding to customers complaining and treating customers fairly should be honored.

This is the only French bank that welcomes business from non-residents of France. Thank you for your support!

This bank is a joke. After almost 10 emails, I can't make a simple change or update and the customer service / account staff can come up with every reason to reject your change request.. I really don't understand, is it that difficult to make a small change?

Like others have said, my company uses this bank for long term benefits. Extremely poor service. WEEKS without responses. Really unacceptable lack of communication and support.
