Mr. Bornot is incredibly incompetent. Americans be very wary of this bank. You may be stranded with no way of accessing your funds! I never leave reviews but I have never dealt with such incompetent and rude bank personnel two terms that I do not use lightly. The lack of professionalism is really startling considering this is a national institution who should be protecting your funds! The bank sent a transfer to my old landlord (from 6 months ago) with the entirety of my funds after I asked them to cancel all direct transfers. It took me days to track down the person ( Mr. Camaraa) who made my account which I had to do in order for me to ask that he manually cancel the transfer because there is no online banking. He clearly does not like to work. Once I finally tracked him down he responded very rudely to his mistake and was very patronizing about my much deserved anger and screamed at me as I asked him to do his job and return my funds.
