The bank machine stole my husbands card

Completely useless customer service, unreachable and incompetent advisor. After having blocked my bank card, I asked for it to be sent from the Lille Opera agency (a maneuver that normally takes 3 to 5 days). First email sent to my advisor on September 18, the same day I blocked it since then, it is October 13, almost more than a month, and my card is still at the agency (IT IS NOT EVEN ON THE WAY!!!) I think I called nearly 6 or 7 times to follow up, yet nothing has been done even though I was promised it an absurd number of times. Even today I called customer service again and they are not even able to confirm that my card is at the agency. I find this unacceptable for a service that I PAY FOR!!!

Bonjour, Je souhaiterais que vous éteigniez votre devanture en quittant le magasin chaque soir. Cela fait des années que nous traversons une crise énergétique, et c'est important de tous faire notre part pour réduire notre consommation. De plus, si vous ne respectez pas cette loi, vous risquez une amende. Alors s'il vous plaît, pensez à l'environnement et aux coupures de courant possibles cet hiver en éteignant les lumières ! Merci beaucoup.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to contact my advisor for over two months, and they keep giving me phone appointments that they don't keep. I'm disappointed with the service.
