LCL 20 Avenue de l'Opéra Paris

Thank you so much for the excellent and efficient service! I tried multiple other banks and was getting frustrated with delays in opening an account but was able to at LCL opéra almost immediately. I’m not sure if it caters well for other customers but this branch is perfect for Japanese speakers!!

very good for Japanese language visitors　and japaneseresident who can not speak french language

I’m client of this banc few years… So when I ask for help with application consultant doesn’t know what to do and send me to main office where I did registration. It’s so strange why I cannot get service at this office and should spend my time to move other place. For what that assistant there?

Worst customer service ever. Lots of mistakes and no apologies. Took more than a month just to open an account .. PS: I found the Japanese woman at the reception quite disrespectful and unhelpful when I asked about change of address. Many of Japanese people choose this bank probably because they speak in Japanese, but I would definitely not recommend if you want average level of customer service. The other branch I visited was totally different. The receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful.

My consaltant has been assisting me very well. Many thanks to LCL japan desk, specifically to Mrs. Mizuno who is very kind and gives me useful information. I highly recommend LCL and their services to everyone.
