The staff here are highly incompetent, showing little sense of responsibility regarding time or respect for customer service. They also lack understanding of clients’ requests, which makes the overall experience very frustrating.

Terrible client service and zero organisation. They waste your time and don't inform you of procedures in order. Staff are spending time talking to each other joking around rather than working or paying attention to clients. Never going back to this branch. Appaling.

I wanted to increase my credit limit so I went to customer service and told the lady so. Instead of doing the paperwork, she asks for my mobile and she schedules an appointment through the application to go to them AGAIN and she dismisses me. I thought that the credit increase would be approved this way. A few days later I get a phone call from a customer service rep aaking me about my "online request" and asking me to come in person AGAIN to sign the paper work. Now how dumb and lazy is that??? I was physically there when she dismissed me and sent me on my merry way when she could have just done her work and filled the required application and had me sign it BUT no, why do it the right way, when we could mess up and turn people's lives' into a living hell. The Emerald Plaza branch is where this fiasco took place.

Terrible customer service and teller service! The branch is under staffed with almost 1 or 2 agents in service per department. The branch manager is clueless as his employees are literally walking off from office every 10 minutes. The CS agent literally was on the phone for 20 minutes discussing another client while i was supposed to be serviced. Turns out she was clueless to my issue as well and told me I'll send an email to discover, it took her 20+ minutes to tell me so. Finally, the queing system went haywire and didn't display correct numbers. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for the 13 customers ahead of me, which tells much about the TAT.
