Catastrophic stone age processes! Sometimes it feels as if they were looking for ways to stop requested rather than finish them. They never compete one client's task at a time! People waiting for four hours for the simplest of tasks. Bank processes dictate closing shifts during business hours, so nobody can assist waiting clients for a couple of hours until they are done! If you go to the bank after a busy day, their system is down because they are still catching up with the previous day's work! Their internal system and processes are just unbelievably inefficient, but worst of all, the bank employees believe that this is normal!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I was here from 10:00 AM till 19:00, because they had wrong system data and refused to perform the required transactions. It was only after six hours of huge fights and forcing them to dig into their archives, that they admitted their error. It afterwards took another three hours at least for them to do the actual work! People were sitting and screaming, but they said it wasn't their fault! Nobody thinks of improving!! Today, I have been waiting for three hours and counting because their system is down! Back to the stone age with this institution!
