Worst service ever! I went to this branch to send money to my embassy's bank account. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me I needed dollars in CASH for me to send dollars to my embassy. I offered to pay with my card, and they say that isn't possible! How come a “bank” in Egypt doesn't accept payments by card. Also, it is impossible to get legal dollars here, so the employees say “You can buy from someone”. When I entered this country I paid my visa in dollars with my national bank card and now for some reason I can't pay with the same card in a “bank”? How are foreigners supposed to do these procedures with their embassies if: 1. You refuse to receive the money in Egyptian Pounds and convert it. 2. You refuse to receive dollars from a card, as any standard bank will do. 3. You don't sell dollars. 4. I can't exchange dollars in the country, except on the black market, which is not a legitimate practice.

An arrogant and inefficient bank with management focused on figures and legal issues only ... employees attitude is only a reflection of management style ... in brief, no focus on customer!!!
