Very poor experience. The staff were unprofessional and not fully aware of the required procedures or customer requests. There was no proper organization, customers were not treated with respect, and waiting times were very long due to unclear processes.

The entire team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were not only met but exceeded. A special thank you to Mr. Khaled Nasr, the Branch Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the smooth and customer-focused atmosphere of the branch. Also, my sincere appreciation to Mr. Hatem from Private Banking for his personalized attention and expert advice, and to Mr. Peter, the Relationship Manager, for his continued support and dedication to client service. It’s rare to encounter such a committed and capable team. Their efficiency, clarity, and respectful approach made my visit both pleasant and productive. Perfect banking experience, very friendly especially kirlos.

As most CIB branches, it gets crowded with long waiting. Rather suggest to avoid Sundays and Thursdays as they seem to be the busiest. Also, the last day of the month. Don't depend much on the ATM as it doesn't always function properly.

CIB bank in general is a good bank with good staff. But I think it is more likely like most of the banks who get the most benefits from their clients I had a long process to close my credit card, many visits with many procedures to get it closed. Every time with a different excuse, while I intended to save money I was like losing it. 10 l.e deduct then 5 then 10, 20 I do not know what as financial expenses. Money was decreasing instead of keeping or saving. I would not recommend putting money there. The 3 stars are for the staff and won't talk about the call centre ✋
