A major problem is being downplayed. Agreed-upon solutions were supposed to be resolved and confirmed within 3 business days via a callback. After 8 days, no solutions have been found, and no callback has been received. The problem still persists.

A branch of Banque Misr is located directly on the Autostrad Road. The branch is not crowded, but it is slow and does not distinguish itself from the rest of Banque Misr branches. The ATMs are located inside the bank on the north side and have a separate entrance. The machine accepts deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. There is a designated parking area for customers' cars, but it is very narrow and can only accommodate a few cars, so it is advisable to go early to park and secure a spot, otherwise you will have to park on the public road if you are going to conduct business inside the bank. However, if you want to use the external ATMs outside of official working hours, there is absolutely no problem; you can park in front of the bank and complete your transaction with the machine with ease.

The receptionist was subpar and didn't know how to handle customers. The teller service was extremely slow; it took over an hour for just 20 customers with only 2 tellers.
