Very polite staff but unbelievably slow service. Upon entering, a security guard ushered us to a ticket machine and we were told to wait our turn. There were around 20 customers in the bank doing the same. I had only wanted to exchange some money and it took over 90 minutes to wait to be seen. The actual exchange took less than 5 minutes. It is pointless to have so many desks and have staff floating around, chatting and staring at others in the background whilst you have customers waiting for service!
Need 5000 EGP to open new account (debit or credit). Requirement : National ID or passport with validty visa. Bill of salary or bill water/electrical/water. Letter of rent house (if u rent house in cairo). Student card (if u are student)
The service is good and fast, according to the volume of people.
