Every time I come to this bank to deposit money, every professional employee is always kind, warm, and proactive in greeting me and taking care of my dog, allowing me to concentrate on depositing my money. Thank you for your service! I highly recommend this excellent bank. The bank is clean and efficient. Every bank employee is very professional, friendly and enthusiastic.👍🏆

12.9.24: DRIVE-THRU ATM dead... 2:17am, 12.3: 3:17pm, 11.28: 2:03am; 8.19: 1:18am (wouldn't accept deposit - others returned; photo not attached: Google Photos couldn't find in G.Maps app, but found in Camera app. Sigh.) Please inform if we can scan cash and deposit it at home. #futurebanking MARKETING: Please advertise ATM maintenance careers! (just until they invent Bullet Trolleys. You're welcome. 😁) UPDATE: Ross Avenue location has a newer ATM... perhaps they will outfit the rest with these? 6 23.24; ATM only accepts single digit bills, one at a time. Also the card slot is broken. This is after the one on Oaklawn\Wycliffe didn't accept cash deposits at all. The ATMs here are often down after hours. I let it slide for AT LEAST 8 times (for 2022) before posting this. ATMs have 2 primary jobs: Deposits and Withdrawals. Side note: as an insomniac, i may be interested in being a repair technician after hours. 😂 Photos feature both the drive thru AND the walk-in ATMs.

Ugh, I wasn't happy with my visit to this branch. They seemed understaffed, and I had to wait forever. It took me almost half an hour just to try to open a checking account, and the whole thing felt like I was at the DMV from "zootopia". Maybe you should look into other branches.

While preparing for an international trip, I called a few different Chase banks and none of them answered except for this location! Vanessa was so helpful and informative. She helped me identify the best Chase location for international money exchange. She even placed me on a brief hold to call the other location to confirm what money they keep on hand. I was not expecting this level of service via phone, but Vanessa was an absolute saint!
