Chase Bank 960 Farmington Avenue West Hartford

I LOVE this bank, the only problem that I have is that my family ( 4 member) all of us we use Chase ,so we visit frequently the West Hartford and NEVER is parking space ( even there 4 signs that have written CHASE BANK) but ALWAYS are occupied by people who either are in the restaurant next to Chase or doing another thing that is not related with the bank. I think Chase must pay a security who watch those parking spot.

Please report this bank especially to the OCC. In 10/14/2025, I deposited a check in my Chase account. The bank informed me that the funds would be held until 10/23/2025, the chase bank website is promising $275 will be available in the next 24 hours, this never happened this bank is exceeds the maximum time allowed by federal law for most check deposits. I contacted the bank directly to resolve this issue twice, but the problem remains unresolved. Now i have to fill formal complaints. I believe Chase Bank is not complying with the federal funds availability requirements, and this delay has caused me financial inconvenience for customers.

I’ve been visiting the West Hartford branch for over two years, I like to state that all the staff are pleasant to relate with for your banking needs. I’ve been banking here almost since they opened. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a bank that I look forward to coming into - this one I do! Every time I’m in, the service is professional and friendly. I was there on July 5th and even though they were short-staffed my needs were addressed promptly. Bonus, they have coffee available ☕️ Pro tip - Park in the lot around the back. There sure few designated spaces for Chase customers - sometimes full - and lots of other spaces too.

I had a bicycle stolen from me when I was a kid in front of this building as a kid. As an adult I’m very impressed with way it has been transformed into a New York style bank in West Hartford Connecticut.
