22 December 2025 Closer to 2.5 stars, but still short of 3. This Chase branch (always) needs help. Though no fault of their own, no matter where you park, someone *will park* right next to you – even though the parking lot has plenty of empty spots available. If you’re concerned about your vehicle, park across the street. Today is the Monday before Christmas and this Chase branch had *one* teller working (at 9:30am). The customer at the teller had an issue that couldn’t be resolved quickly so everyone got to wait on one person. Another teller would’ve made a huge difference in wait time, but nope – not today. If you have to visit this branch, make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Chase, please consider hiring more (competent) tellers; you have two booths – utilize ‘em. Chase bank does not care about its members only about the shareholders and investors to exploit people for as much money as they can get. I am switching to a credit union after paying over $1,000 in overdraft fees in a single month for transactions that should have been declined and they were not willing to give me back a dime of that which put me behind months. Also terrible on holds for checks and not making money available when you need it. Would give 0 stars if possible. Would not recommend them go to a credit union where they are owned by the members and actually care.

I made the mistake of opening a checking and savings acct. I needed to have checks made. I needed a rounting number to have checks made. (In 10 pieces of bank paperwork NOWHERE was there a routing numberI) It took me nearly an hour speak to ANY person--countless auto messenges--sorry, nobody here to speak with you [even tho it's in the middle of a business day] try again (if you're stupid enough). NO answer for the on-line CHASE 800 number--try again later--much later--then try again. This place is a joke and they want us to trust them with our money????!!!??? GO ELSEWHERE

Horrible service. I've now had to come to this branch three times, each time for a completely different issue and each time the wait and service are so horrible I've had to go to the middle of town to actually complete my request. If you can avoid it, DON'T bank with Chase in this city. Today I was told I'd have to wait two hours for a simple change of beneficiary while staff sat idly in their office. Unacceptable.

Waited forever to send a wire. Though there were 4 employees walking around only one could help and she took forever to get to me. Very frustrating. Find a. Different branch.
