Terrible customer service . Go in the branch I asked about my investment banker which happened not to be there . Which is ok . I explained to Johnny Lee . I ordered checks from one of the other chase location since July with a chase account and no checks has been delivered and I may need a check or two to get by . Instead of trying to help me and figure out why I haven’t received the check he more worried about charging me fees for a check or two which I really didn’t need right the second . Or maybe at least call a manager so we can figure out a solution .I just needed help fixing my check situation that never got delivered . Terrible customer service . Maybe you should train your staff on understanding every chase location is a representation of the whole company and we should try helping the customer instead of directing the customer to other locations . Wish their ATM worked. Touchscreen does not work and it was now a pointless drive over here. Getting quite frustrated with Chase in general.
Was dissatisfied with my experience today. Teller wasn't helpful with my problem. It never got dissolved or telling me how to fix the problem i had. Been with chase since the 90s. Do better.
Had a life insurance check from my father who passed away. It was a chase bank check. Took it to thus location to cash it. The lady at the teller window who claimed to be the manager on duty said the account had a restriction on it and the company that issued the check wouldn't allow for check over $5,000.00 to be cashed. After sitting in the lobby for 45+ minutes with the life insurance company, and verifying with 3 different people that this wasn't the case. The lady then claimed a different reason for not being able to cash the check, stating it was a Chase policy. I've done business with other banks in the area and have never heard of such a thing or had issues with banks cashing checks that were issued from them. The gal was very rude, had different reasons for not doing it and caused a huge waste of my time that day. I visited on July 11th, around lunch, and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and welcoming service I received as a walk-in customer. The staff greeted me right away with their friendly and energetic demeanor. My transaction, which involved changing my PIN code and making a deposit, was completed in just five minutes. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding service.
