She was deeply kind and personable throughout, and I had one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough!

They do not answer their phone, so it is impossible to schedule an appointment for any type of investment processing. A recording is provided that directs your call to a 1-800 line. Horrible customer service.
