Ruthie is super nice and helpful during the mortgage process. With Irene and Feier’s assistance, they helped me a lot in the closing stage and responded promptly whenever I have questions. Really appreciate the help and recommending to others for their mortgage services

The attitude of the lady me and my mom talked to was absolutely horrible. We had an appointment with customer service to open a separate banking account and the lady was unnecessarily impatient and rude. She thought we were trying to do something illegal like opening a college account for a minor? Additionally the tone she was talking in was extremely obnoxious and snobby. I have never encountered customer service as sloppy as this. In the end we didn’t open the account and went to TD bank instead. Never going back to this bank location.

This location can get quite crowded but thr staff is impeccable! Amy who attended to my dad and I was very courteous, patient and overall exceptional at her service. 10/10 would recommend but be sure to come on a day likely weekday when its less busy if you get the chance

I used the ATM here before the bank was opened and everything worked, which usually isn't the case when I travel. The ATM's are in a large outer room that you use your card to unlock the door. Inside was a guard watching over everything. My Chase account is from Colorado and the transaction was seamless. The ATM area was clean and the machines in good working order with no vandalism.

Location! Location! Location! This branch locate in the center of Flushing, a business district. Metro line 7 runs underneath and hundreds of shopping stores and dining spots for you!
