We needed a document notarized, and even though Jacky had an urgent work matter he needed to complete, he still took the time to ensure we were fully taken care of. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Jacky’s exceptional customer service has made this the only Chase branch we want to visit — even though we do not live close by. The level of dedication and kindness he showed truly sets this branch apart. Because of our experience with him, we confidently refer others to this location as well. Homeless man sleeping next to the ATM!!! Chase, why aren't you securing the doors anymore?? The doors don't even require a card to enter anymore. I am pregnant, and immuno-compromised, and I don't feel safe depositing cash when there is someone sleeping in the ATM room. FIX THIS PLEASE I had to inform the police and they called an ambulance to take the homeless man out of that area. Why aren't your security officers patrolling that room instead of just standing around in the lobby?

I made an appointment but still need to wait for more than 40 minutes. Then what is the point for an appointment? They have no idea for the time management and customer experience. Updated: Staff truly said sorry and gave courtesy gift. Upgrade service to 4 stars.

Called this location 5 times over the last 2 days after I had shoulder surgery but had to go in to talk to anyone. They never answer the phone.
