Chase Bank 1260 Broadway Manhattan

I have lived in several cities, and the Chase branch at 1260 Broadway offers the best service I have ever received. From my very first visit, the staff assisted me immediately and connected me with Mr. Desrochers, who took the time to explain many aspects of Chase that I did not previously understand. Thanks to his guidance and the outstanding service provided, Chase has become my primary bank. Thank you very much for your assistance, I had a great experience and will certainly be back!

This is a fraudulent number. Id you notice when we google it, the sites that are verifying the number are not coming from a Chase site. Beware.

I deposited 800$ into the ATM at this branch. It wasn't deposited into my account. This bank has robbed me. Contacted chase, and my claim was denied. I will be filing a police report, and hopefully, I will be refunded. 911 I've been robbed by the bank smh. Here are the ATM numbers, please do not use.

I received a call yesterday from this number and the Rep stated he was calling from Chase Bank. He claimed he was looking into two pending Zelle transactions I supposedly made to a customer of theirs called John Garcia of the amount 1500 and 2000 dollars. I googled the number as he continued speaking and sure enough it was legit. He explained he would cancel the transaction from his end and gave me cancellation codes, he proceeded to inform me he would transfer me to a Zelle rep to freeze the account for 24 hours. Thats when I started to become suspicious. The other guy whom he transferred me to barely spoke any English all this was done in Spanish. When he directed me to go to my bank where I have my Zelle account and go to Zelle and select add a new payee, told me what to put in name and contact lines, thats when I hung up on them.
