Quick and efficient service with lots of tellers. Parking in the building which the branch is located can be quite a challenge as the parking spaces are small and cramped. The height limit for the basement is 1.9 meters. Only downside is if you're looking to open an account you will most likely require an appointment, no walk-ins.

Cathay's ATMs are getting better and better! I came to inquire about the Japanese yen function this time, and the answers were very professional and friendly, resolving all my questions. The environment is clean, and the equipment is well-maintained; it's a place I'd want to continue using.

I went to the 2nd floor counter at the World Trade Center branch and asked them to help me with both domestic remittances and transfers to overseas banks. The service representative, Guo Si Miao, was fantastic and very friendly. When the head office needed some additional documents, she diligently helped me. The initial documents I provided were incomplete, but she taught me how to use the app to download the other party's statements and helped me take screenshots. I then sent four documents to the head office. They're very willing to help customers with their issues, which makes me feel very reassured. I've been here several times. Other staff members haven't been as enthusiastic or helpful, and I felt like I was causing them trouble. Ms. Chen Weijie at counter number 3 for foreign currency on the first floor is excellent. Even my husband, who frequently visits banks and has high standards and is picky (and used to work in the financial industry), has never complained in all these years.
