TERRIBLE costumer service. My husband and I had a problem with the account and the people helping at the branch were useless. They kept calling costumer service to help us instead of doing the work themselves. We stayed about two hours waiting for them to solve a problem that we ended up leaving with the same problem unsolved. We deposited money into the account and the numbers are totally OFF. Plus they kept saying that some things in our account were charged for twice! Not true. Be careful. Watch carefully your transactions. This bank is trying to make all their profit out you.

They were really nice when I went there.

I went to the bank around 3:10 PM today to handle some business. The two male bank employees who served me were extremely unprofessional, confused about the situation, and gave me incorrect instructions, wasting a lot of time. I questioned their actions, but they insisted I go to the second floor. When they finally realized their mistake, they didn't apologize but simply told me to queue again. Then, still confused, they told me to go to the service counter. I don't understand why your bank is letting these people waste people's time? Shouldn't they be properly trained?

I applied for a pre-arranged account a month ago. The lady on the second floor was handling it while also working with customer service, which took a long time. I thought it was all done, but a month later I found out that it wasn't pre-arranged at all.

The branch has been renovated and reopened, with a brighter and more elegant space than before. The waiting area has been replaced with sofas, and the customer consultation area now offers more privacy.
